• No hidden fee on our tour prices.

• If you are in Bali, cash payment can be accepted either in US$ and IDR or other currency based on the latest exchange rate. Nevertheless, for effectiveness and security, we encourage our passengers to do transfer/online payments.

• The reservation for our services/packages must be done at least 2 (two) days prior to your tour departure. Bookings can be made directly through WhatsApp or call us at (+62) 85773473090, fill out the provided booking form provided or send us an email at info@baligamaprayatransport.com.

• In terms of booking cancelation upon complete payment, We are committed to refund 100% of the payment if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the tour departure. If the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, we will only refund 50% of the price paid.

• The cost of the tour is settled online/transferred or cash prior to or upon the departure of the tour. We urge our passengers to do online/transfer payments a minimum of 24 hours before the departure of the tour. We will provide our bank account number after booking confirmation.

• All normal bookings must be paid in advance to secure the booking.

• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive the invoice and tickets according to the packages you choose.

• Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.

• Bali Gamapraya Transport takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

Additional rules and conditions valid for ordering, purchasing of service and product and other exploiting from the part of this site, and you agree to obey other terms and conditions, including additional terms and conditions that occurred in its bearing with certain service and product.
